COULDN’T DO GODZONE WITHOUT THESE PEOPLE

Behind every great event, is even greater volunteers.
Let’s meet a few faces who are at the checkpoints, driving people and equipment around, and generally being real good buggers.
Throughout the next few days you’ll read about a few of these legends.

First up is this farmer from Mossburn.

Nathan Hamilton is a sheep, beef and dairy farmer who’s travelled from Mossburn, to help out with transport on the water at GODZone. He knows some people taking part in Chapter Seven, and thought it’d be fun to help out. Racing GODZone is not a consideration for himself, but “my kids might do it,” he said. The best bits about volunteering is seeing what goes on behind the scenes and on the course. The great feed of crayfish on Registration Day was also a hit!
